Dreumex, a global specialist in professional hand care and surface disinfection, becomes a subsidiary of PGP within the Peter Greven Group. The takeover will not affect customers or suppliers. This acquisition will enable PGP to continue its growth strategy and strengthen its international focus.
Since 1960, the Dutch company Dreumex has been developing and producing hand cleaning products, industrial cleaners and disinfectants for various sectors, including automotive, food, hospitality, construction and manufacturing. The portfolio of this skin cleansing and disinfection specialist is completed by products for the washroom and disinfectant wipes. With its own research and development laboratory and subsidiaries in the Netherlands, France and the USA, Dreumex serves customers in over 50 countries worldwide.
Product portfolios complement each other perfectly
“We are delighted to be taking over Dreumex, a company that is well-positioned in the market and has a good reputation.” says Frank Severiens, Managing Director of Peter Greven Physioderm GmbH. “Our product portfolios complement each other perfectly. Together, we support personal and public health and hereto, aim to raise awareness of occupational skin care, hand and surface hygiene in people's everyday working lives and provide an even better service to our customers, both nationally and internationally. In addition, this acquisition strengthens our international presence and provides greater stability within the group, especially in the face of the current challenging environment.”
On August 1, 2025, PGP transferred Dreumex to Peter Greven Physioderm GmbH as a subsidiary. The company and brand name Dreumex will remain. Nothing will change for customers and suppliers. “We had open, honest and fair discussions between our companies and concluded that the takeover and thus joining forces, is the best step for Dreumex's future,” says Jan-Chris Heeger, former Managing Director of Dreumex. “PGP and Dreumex share the same values and high standards with regard to quality, service, consultancy, sustainable product and company development. We are therefore a perfect fit.”
